A Jumbo Mirage | 442
INSIGHT | In the pre-digital era of the early 70s photography special effects were limited to all sorts of optical tricks and physical manipulation of films and prints involving cutting and pasting and the sorts. At that time, I had the chance to play around with a temporary MEA 747 model, while the real beast was still waiting to be delivered. What I did to get this composited image was a simple flipped sandwiching of 2 identical Kodachrome transparencies of the model.
